Madem Espresso Coffee Roasters Milk Steamer Solution does a professional job of cleaning stubborn milk scum and build up from milk lines, valves and milk jugs.
Use: mix 50 ml of solution to 1/2 litre of water
Auto Frothers : run solution through frothing device and repeat with fresh water twice. Soak all milk lines and frothing components once a week for up to 30 minutes and rinse thoroughly afterwards.
Steam Wands: steam solution in a milk jug as you would milk. Turn steam on & off over a one minute period allowing the solution to work its way up the steam arm. Repeat the process twice with fresh water!
You can also leave it to soak overnight but please ensure you purge and repeat the process with fresh water before use!
